TV Go: Error message "Sorry - we can't play this at the moment 400"

I've had this problem for over a yeAr, put a ticket on months ago, ticket closed off because they couldn't solve the problem,

so just wondered will we ever see TV go recordings playing on our tablet/mobiles Thx in advance

Sorry to see you are having issues with TV Go on your tablet/ mobile phone ☹.

What happens when you try to watch TV Go on your devices? 

Have you tried using it on another device?

Have you cleared the cache and cookies?

Can you also try uninstalling the app and re installing it again.

Can you please make sure the device you are using is on the latest software update.

Tv go recordings STILL not working on tablet / phone been a while now, well quite a while 😏 any further updates

Yes and problem still not resolved on my phone or tablet thx

Sorry to hear the issue is still happening, from the notes it looks like you were asked to try using the TV Control app by our support team. Were you able to do this?

To watch recordings using the Virgin TV Control app, you can do the following:

  1. Ensure your device is connected to your Hub's WiFi
  2. Open the app
  3. Go to My Shows
  4. Select the show you want to watch
  5. Press Watch Now
  6. Select mobile or tablet
