In Windows browser go to TV Go. It displays a prompt for sign in. I click the red button, the screen gets replaced with the Virgin media splash back, pauses for a few seconds then returns back to main screen and the prompt for password. Remains in this loop.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with logging into TV Go in the windows browser. This certainly is a strange one, just to confirm is this the same after clearing cookies and cache?

yep. In fact moved to a second computer as well. Same problem. Simply click on login, get virgin flash screen, then get login prompt again. Stuck in loop.

Thank you for checking and confirming. Are you having any issues if you use the app version?
If using the app version isn't possible, can you try accessing it if you use incognito mode on your choice of browser?
