I have an issue where I can no longer watch TNT sports on either my Virgin Go app on my phone or via a web browser. Whenever I try to watch TNT sports I get a notification saying 'If you'd like to watch this programme, please call 0800 052 0701 to upgrade your Virgin TV package.'
This has been happening for the last 6 weeks or so. It was working fine before that. I can still access TNT sports on the main TV box, just not remotely.
I have not recently made a change to my contract or subscription, so can't be that. I have called Virgin Media who say that my account shows I subscribe to TNT sports and there are no blocks on my account or app so they don't know what the problem is. The latest conversation I had with them, they told me I could access TNT sports via the Sky Sports app, but that is not possible. I can access Sky Sports via the Sky Sports app, but no option to watch TNT sports.
I can also watch all other channels on the Virgin Go app, including Sky Movies, just not TNT Sports.
Any ideas?

I have the same issue - OK to watch on the TV box but TV Go no longer works for TNT sports on any of my devices - why?? I watch TNT sports on my tablet most of the time so this needs to be resolved please.

Just checked and TNT sports 1, 3 & 4 all display a frozen picture but TNT Sports 2 is working??

Still trying to resolve. It has now been passed on to their IT team which will take 3-5 days. I will update if I manage to get anywhere with this
