I followed the link from the VM page about TV Go app
Took me to store. https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nxrgfqfgpsf?hl=en-gb&gl=GB
Clicked on download.
Message says (approx) we have download a link to help you load app - check downloads (folder)
Have done this twice. Each time no file in download folder
Does anyone know the name of the executable file so I can search for it.
Or is the link above out of date?
Thanks

Are you trying to download to a mobile or tablet, or a PC/laptop? If you are trying to download to the latter it won’t work. TV Go access on PCs & Laptops is only allowed via the TV Go website using VMs dedicated player.

Hi hackneyuser
There is no longer a Windows Store TVGO app, however Windows devices can use the website, and then install the web app that is offered when visiting the website.
To use the browser version go to https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en.html
The following page lists the browsers to use on Windows and MAC devices

Thanks for taking note Daniel - for those of us who are a bit slow in working things out we do assume links we are given will take us to the right place!

With VM you never know. There are out of date pages all over the place.
