Hi @Stephal
Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.
Sorry to hear of TV Go not working. Have you got a VPN on your iPhone?
Best wishes.

Hi, I have the same issue as above and I don’t have a vpn.
I can login on the app fine but when I want to watch something it says
" Sorry - we can't play this at the moment - 1003"

Hi @mbedwell17,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm sorry to hear that you're also having some trouble with Virgin TV Go on your handset. Is the device registered on your Virgin TV Go account? Is this affecting all content that you're trying to watch, or only certain content?
Can you also check and ensure you have the latest version of iOS and the latest version of the app installed?
Thanks,

Hi, my phone is updated to the most recent update, the app is also up to date. The device isn’t registered but when I click on anything to watch it goes to the usual register device screen, I register the device and then I get the 1003 error message

Hi mbedwell17
How strange! It might be worth clearing all of your registered devices from this end to see if that helps things.
I've dropped you a message so I can take your details and look into this with you.
Thanks,

I have a similar problem. My unregistered device (iPhone 15) does not prompt to become a registered device. Every channel in TV Go then say unavailable due to copyright. That's every channel!

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post @AndrewRowland
Can you confirm if you have the latest version of the app and IOS on the device?
Are you using a VPN?
