Cant register for virgin media account

I cant seem to register for the virgin media online account , im just a new customer and waiting for my broadband box to be deliverd , but cant register for the online account

    To make an online account you need your services to be active if you are still waiting for them this will be the reason why.

    Once everything is set up and active it will allow you to then.

      If you have just se your services up in the past fews please do give it a couple of hours for everything to kick in.

      Is it giving you the same error? Cheers

        Yeah still giving me the same error , that they have found an account with the email registered, could i use a different email to the one i gave the sales team on the phone?
