I have lost my access to Virgin Tv Go ever since I had a new modem installed. Despite contacting Virgin technical department direct they have not been able to sort the matter out. I can’t even register my device and when I try to logon to live tv it says “ Oops - something went wrong! Please try again later.”
I have had this problem for over 2 months

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your TV Go service, with this can you confirm when you last had an update from the team regarding this? In cases like this can you confirm as well if you have fully reset your devices via our website Here?

It was the beginning of last week when Virgin Tech contacted me. There has been no change even though everything has been turned off and back on again. The app has been deleted numerous times and has had no effect. I have been in the settings and nothing has worked, it just comes back with the same reply
