Device managment for sky sports not working

I have a new phone and I am unable to stream live sport on the Sky Sports app. Manage my sky devices do not seem to work. Please help.

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with accessing your Sky Sports app! 

Are you getting any errors when you try to manage your devices? Have you taken a look at our How To Use The Sky Sports App to see if this can help? 

Have you tried to reset all registered devices so that you can re add the necessary devices?

There seem to be a problem when trying to manage Sky devices on the virgin tv go app. Just logs you out and says that this app is only for virgin customers. I’m not the only person expecting this. Very frustrating. Tried calling someone but they weren’t much help. 

The first time I called the operator did reset my devices on the Virgin tv go app, but did not resolve the sky sports issue.

Since my last response, the team have identified this issue and are working on resolving this for you. However, in the meantime, I'll be more than happy to look into this further for you and help reset your TVGO devices manually.

Hi Paulina,

I am really hoping that you can help me. I have had this issue for 6-7 months now ever since I got a new iphone!

I have rang you customer services so many times and no one can help it or fix it for me, which is so so annoying as I am paying for a service I have been unable to use.

I have tried logging into the mytvgo app to adjust devices for the sky sports app but it won't let me!

I am getting so frustated so any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you please confirm if you've attempted to do this via a web browser, or is this via the application?

I can watch TV  on the Virgin  TV Go app and also on there I can see that my phone is registered it is the sky sport app that is the issue and I keep getting the below message.

I then tried to log into Virgin TV Go via the web browser as it suggests I should be able to correct the sky devices on here but it won’t let me log in.
