Can't log on sky sports

Does anybody know why can't watch live games on sky sports app. I have logged on to the app and registered with virgin TV go.

When I try to watch a game it says there's a problem with my subscription

 this is what pops up. I am logging in via the virgin button at the bottom

Was there a resolution to this error code because I am getting the code now

Hi @Kristy88 

make sure you are signing in with your My Virgin Media email address and password.

Also that you are not using the main Sky login and that you are clicking on the red Virgin TV UK icon as per the screenshot below.

Have you tried on a different device?

If you are using the web appliction try a different browser or incognito window.

Sorry to see you're having trouble watching content via TV Go. Are you experiencing this issue across multiple devices, and are you having issues with the Sky Sports channels through your TV box?

We can see that you've been able to speak with us today, have the Faults Team been able to help you with this?

No its happening across all devices, I am able to watch it on my TV.

Also no they have not resolved the issue. I'm going to end my contract as I am still in the cooling off period
