Can’t connect to TV Go app on iPad air.

Hi, 

I’ve looked at previous posts but nothing working so far.

I’m unable to play live TV or watch any shows on the TV GO App, on a new iPad Air. Message says: not available- sorry can’t play this at the moment.  Can still play live TV on old iPad mini. I only have 4 devices showing but I can’t even delete or change a device even though the ‘replace’ is highlighted and when I try to change a device message says sorry can’t do that now, try again in a minute.

Any ideas welcome. Many thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues you are having with the TVGO app, has the matter been resolved since your post or do you require further assistance in this matter. Please do let us know.

No it’s not resolved , don’t know why it won’t let me log on we only have 3 devices registered
