Joined virgin fibre two days ago

I have just joined virgin fibre and cannot find anything on the app regarding parental controls or any control over what my children see.

I have two options when I go to my account,  one is account details and the other is to add a fingerprint.

There is no option for any parental controls or online settings it is completely missing. How do I access something that does not exist?

You need to sign into My Virgin Media and then click on Account Settings > Online Security

Unfortunately I cannot, as those options do not exist on my app or on the web page. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and tried on about 4 different devices and still does not show those options.

I've just replied to your other post here: Unable to access Online Security settings

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

Have a look at my reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
