Hi, Im having this issue too with My5 on my streaming service. I have tried the activation code process as described on the screen but it doesn't work. I have also emailed My5 but they were very unhelpful. Its not been working for about 3-4 weeks now. Can someone look into it please. Thank you x

We're sorry to hear you're having issues accessing the My5 app. As you've created your own thread, we're not sure which issue you're referring to.
Can you expand further on what happens when loading the My5 app? Can you show any screenshots of the error you're getting?
