Virgin ultra HD and TNT sports Ultimate

Hi all

on virgin stream,  virgin ultra hd and tnt sports ultimate isn’t broadcast in 4k on virgin stream. 

when I select tnt sports ultimate it’s changes my picture to HLG.

If a stream like TNT Sport Ultimate has HDR, as it does for broadcast channel, it will be HLG.

Hi @Bid1 

The picture format may be due to your Stream box settings, or your actual TV settings.

On the Stream box you need to have UHD set up under Settings > Audio & Video > HDMI resolution 4K.

On my TV the TNT Sports Ultimate (CH 531) and the Sky Sports UHD channels on 532 to 535 are all  broadcast in 4K HLG HDR 

You need to pay extra for the Sky Sports UHD channels, however the TNT Sports Ultimate channel is included in the TNT subscription price.

Thank you for your response. 
I get the hlg logo coming on the screen. But when you press info on the virgin remote control. It’s should info days HD and Dolby sounds sign next to it.

Are you saying when you click on info, the information is wrong in some way?

Okay, did you manage to go into your TV settings to see if anything is being changed at all?

Virgin ultra uhd is not in uhd and just in hd. My setting is in 4K etc

HLG only comes with UHD broadcasts and it's reasonable to believe that UHD also only comes with UHD streams. As you have HLG I believe you are getting UHD streams from TNT Sports Ultimate.
