TNT Ultimate no sound

I've recently signed up to TNT. I've only to see one match on the Ultimate channel. Since then it doesn't produce any sound, but perfect picture! I'm now resorting to watching on the regular HD channel. I've tried changing the sound settings on the stream box but nothing. Is this a stream box issue or TNT issue. Can VM help on this?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV service and TNT sports, does this happen on any of the other UHD channels?

Have you tried to reboot your box  since the issues started?
