This page has not been loading for a week from my account any idea when this will be fixed how are we suppose to remove packages?

Stream management page is down for me to, just see the spinning VM logo forever.
I did, however, manage to cancel my Essential Entertainment package on the stream box in apps, subscriptions so give that a try.

Can anyone at Virgin explain why this has not been working for over a week how are we suppose to remove Netflix?
The link in my account does not work and the link im given on the stream box www.virginmedia.com/manage-stream does not exist when you visit this link

Sorry you are having issues with removing Netflix from your Stream subscription.
Can you pleas try it this way and let us know how you get on.
A. Log in to My Virgin Media on your laptop, mobile or tablet.
B. In Active subscriptions, select the one you want to cancel.
C. Select Cancel this pack > Yes, cancel it to confirm.
