If by wifi that all you get so test by wire and if thats slow your device has 100Mb port or bad ethernet cable.

its a wired connection hub 4

What does this site show?

showing router 546mbps     desktop 28mbps

So either:

  • Your devices are slow.
  • There is a fault with the HUB.

Try a speed test in safe mode with networking on a wired device:

Hey deanody,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment.

I have looked into this and can see that there are issues with your downstream power levels and that will need a technician visit to resolve.  I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment. Please look out for the private message and we can get started.
Kind Regards,

"desktop 28mbps" suggests a Wi-Fi connection on the 2.4GHz band where speeds up to 50Mb/s are typical.
