Hi 

I was just wondering if anyone could help please Iv use to get 250mb fibre but now it's lucky if it's hitting 100mb any ideas anyone please

What does it get on an ethernet cable connection and when connected to the 5GHz wireless band?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for posting, and sorry to see you're having some WiFi issues. 

Can you confirm if you're hub is out in the open, free from any obstruction? 

Have you performed a reboot recently?
