Slow Broadband

My broadband has been slow for the last month. Please can someone help me to determine the best solution. It was restarted last week.  Upstream Downstream Network log and broadband monitor below.

What is the BQM reporting ? i.e. it looks very odd for a VM Hub.

The Hub stats look fine.

Speed test the service to the VM Hub + your device with the link below.
https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to include: Latency, Jitter, Packet loss & Upload speed

Do share a screen shot of the Full test.

The Samknows Realspeed test shows normal internet speeds.

Can't see anything wrong. Your speed test was on a mobile, so normal WiFi variations will apply.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your internet at this time. We've checked the systems at our side and cannot see any issues that might be causing this. 

Do you find that the issues only happens over one device or at one particular room/area of your come?
