PLEASE help, how do i get a wifi pod? i'm on new 1gb but bad wifi upstairr

as above,  i have tried to get a wifi pod, as my conections upstairs keep dropping, i looked at all the help pages, and it says you can order a FREE pod , if you click on my virgin media, my package, and in there will be a wifi max , link, to order your first pod!   . THERE IS NO LINK . here is what my package says for broadband:-

You must first demonstrate the need for the Pod, by using the VM WiFi app.

i have used the VM connect app, now what? as i said the connection is up and down like a fiddlers arms!!
i need a pod on my landing upstairs to get constant connection in upstairs bedrooms

Well I don't use the pods, but the app was supposed to allow you to order one. 

If that isn't working, wait for a VM person to pick this up and offer to help.

thanks for replying,  i will wait for help on here, it is so annoying, virgin media website is terrible  and so out of date, it even talks about using wifi connect app to find wifi hotspots while out and aboutm but of course they stopped all the wifi hotspots months ago !!!

Yes it is terrible, but at least it's consistent with the rest of VM's customer service.
