Overheating Hub 3 router

Hi 

I have noticed that my download speed has been quite sporadic and takes a while to get itself sorted. There is a permanent red light at the front of the router and after doing some research, it appears to be overheating.

Can you arrange for a replacement Hub or organise a visit from an engineer please?
