Not getting 1gig speeds, only 300mbps, when VM guarentees 552mbps

We upgraded to 1Gig the other week, but it's never been quite reliable, going down a few times in the few weeks we've had it. Now we are only reaching top speeds of 400mbps when VM guarantees 552mpbs.

Here's the diag info, I wasn't able to run the SamKnows test from any of my devices, plugged directly into my Hub 5 or not.

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing service issues since your speed upgrade. We can understand your frustration and want to best help. We are unable to run tests to determine the root issue. Can you let us know if your router is in modem mode? If so, can you switch to router mode briefly so we can run some tests?

Seems like modem mode is on, i'll turn it off tomorrow when i get a chance.
