Hi,
I live in a house that spreads over 3 floors and the current wifi hub is on the bottom floor. It means that in the top of the house the connection is either extremely weak or non-existent. I was just wondering what needs to be done to move the box and whether that would improve the connection through the house?
kind regards,
Gideon

Ah, ok, so no free pods!
You could pay £25 to have your HUB moved, or, you could put they money towards an extender like:

How do you organise to get the hub moved?

Wait for a reply on here, which can take several hours to several days.

Just call in and request it. It is straightforward for the CS staff to arrange that - it will cost £25
