Hi,
I recently noticed that web safe is no longer working on my devices, despite it working in the past. I've looked on the forums, but cannot see a definitive fix for the issue. Also, does that mean that virus safe is not working either? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Sorry to hear that your Web Safe is not working for you. When you sign into My Virgin Media, are both "Virus Safe" and "Child Safe" showing as active, but essentially not doing their job? Are you connected directly to our network and not a VPN? I would like to take a look on your behalf. I am going to send you a private message.
