Netflix in Spanish

Netflix is locked and in Spanish been on to virgin media and they say they can’t do anything I think my blueyonder account may have been hacked told me to get Netflix to fix it any suggestions

To confirm, have you been able to contact Netflix directly to see if they can amend the language?


Netflix said it needs access code from virgin media contacted vm Friday for the 3rd time and said it will send a new activation code for Netflix I am still waiting for activation code Netflix is still in Spanish been over a week still waiting 

Hey josamjim, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

Normally this shouldn't need a code, it would of been changed by you personally most likely by accident or set up in Spanish.

From an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet

From the Netflix app home screen, tap the profile icon or Menu .

Tap Manage Profiles.

Select the profile you want to edit.

Tap Display Language.

Select a language. The new language will automatically save.

Or Other devices

On a computer or mobile browser, sign in to

Select Account.

Select a profile.

Select Language.

Select a Display Language.

Select Save.

If you don't see the language change on the device, you may need to sign out and then sign back in.

Once this has done please changed to English, if you had a Spanish Netflix you would also get different programs to the  UK one. Cheers

My email has been hacked I didn’t change it to Spanish still waiting for vm code and still no response from vm why is blueyonder emails getting hacked and Netflix changed to Spanish check on here for people who have been hacked on Netflix vm needs to sort this out and stop passing the blame on Netflix’s

Have you tried following the advice provided by my colleague? If so, is the language now set back to English.


Hi tried to sign in to Netflix on iPhone and it says finish sign up but I should all ready have an account with Netflix through virgin media and still no reply from virgin media it’s been over a week now without Netflix still in Spanish had a email asking for bitcoin for a hacker if I wanted my account back as he told me my email address and password and hacked my Netflix as well

Is there an "Activate" button showing under the Netflix section of your My Virgin Media account? A link to that can be found here.


Hi there is no activation button under my Netflix section of my account on entertainment services I have standard plan active on active account settings Netflix Account recovery when you press recover Netflix Account it comes up with something wrong with this link double check the link with your partner and try again tried 3 times and got same error
