Managing essential internet

Joining in

Managing essential internet is not available in the Account Settings > Online Security in my virgin media in fact nothing seems to be there. The account number and area code are blank even though I use them to sign in.

Can someone please help with this?

It seems like I can't manage anything online, It looks like my account isn't linked with my Virgin Media account even though it has the right address, it doesn't show my account number or area code when I look at the account details.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
