Managing essential internet options

Hi,

Ive been trying to manage my essential security options for a while now but the website just doesn't work. I've tried going through account settings and the option isn't there. In the end I found it in the help section I go to broadband>security>essential security>manage essential security. When you do this it just sends you back to the homepage. I also tried going through the service status option and it does exactly the same - takes you back to the homepage. Can someone help with this, it seems like there are so many broken links on this website which is shocking to see for a company like virgin...
