Child Safety settings are not working!!!

I have turned on Child Safety Settings but they are not working. Please advise.

my child safety setting are not working either, even though they are turned on in the options

VM are using a buggy way to update DNS servers as to if you are wanting Child Safe or not.

But you can take control and set your devices to use 1.1.1.3 or 1.0.0.3 as your DNS

Hi thanks for your reply. Yes I have reached your team twice and have turned on yhe safety settings but they are not working. Yhis is what I am trying to tell you. The safey settings are on but all the porn sites are accessible!!! Please do something. This is a very serious issue. I am expecting you to solve the problem quickly. So many people write messages about the same issue. You should be aware of this problem. Thank you.

Their will come a time where VM will unfortunately be made to do something because manually fixing the problem will not hold up for long

To get you over the hurdle whilst VM fix the issue, you can manually set the DNS on the device(s) to use Cloudflare Adult and Malware filters.  Set the DNS to 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3 manually.  This will bypass the VM DNS servers until the issue is fixed.
