Calls from 0800 052 1251

Hello,

I'm currently recovering from corneal surgery, however, I've been getting calls for the past few days from the number mentioned above, "Hello, I'm calling from virgin media, looking for Mr MySurname", the call sounds marginally staticky which raises red flags to me. Are these calls actually from VM, or is this a scammer?
