Can someone from VM team reply please, I’ve had 2 e mails and a text saying my internet is having problems, just done a check and think it needs an engineer out but navigating around the VM site to set one up is ridiculous. I’m also anxious due to my e mails being hacked last year and worried someone is trying to hack in again, I put a message out yesterday and nothing from vm so finger crossed today
It can take several days for a reply from VM, as it's a forum not direct access to their support team.
Creating several threads just causes more confusion.
How else are you supposed to deal with anyone, customer service is/has been terrible for ages
VM will deal with it in their own way and time. You can't get around their system, it's designed that way.

Hi I did a test when I got home and it did say intermittent wifi and give it 24 hours and we can arrange and engineer visit if needed. I checked all cables and can confirm that I had another e mail and text on the 17th October saying the same thing with a follow up one on the 19th saying all ok now
