Had this issue for about two weeks now where the wifi will just go so slow/no wifi and the app said its not connected. So we turn it off and reboot, app still says the same thing but we have wifi for a few days, then it happens again.
Have no idea whats going on, is there anything we can do to fix this or should we get a technician out?

Firstly... Can we check… are your issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check on one to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?
What are the various Hub lights showing/doing when this happens - is the base light a steady white(ish) or flashing green?
