Cannot See/connect Home Network Connections
Hi Folks.
I have never been able to get my Home Lan working with my Hub 3.0 (Ariss TG2492LG-85) Router.
All connected devices are shown in the Connected devices page; 2x PCs connected to Ethernet and 1x Laptop connected to Wi-Fi plus Phone and other Wi-Fi connections (Tablets etc.)
1x PC and the Laptop run Win11 Home, the other PC runs Win10 Home, the Win 10 PC can see the LAN but can't connect to the the Win11 PC or Laptop. The Win11 PC and Laptop can't see each other or the Win10 PC.
I've tried for years to get my LAN work - could it really be a Hub3.0 hardware issue? I've had others try to solve the issue.
When I click Network in the Win11 or Laptop this is the screen I get.
All help appreciated.
The Hub3 will not isolate devices on your LAN from one another.
First thing is to ensure your network setting on Windows is set to Private network, not Public network. When set to public mode it will harden Windows firewall to block connections from the LAN. When set to private mode it will allow some common LAN connections.

I'm assuming your goal is to set up shared folders....
Select the Start button, then select Settings .
In the Find a setting search bar, type manage advanced sharing settings and select Manage advanced sharing settings from the suggested results.
In the Advanced sharing settings window that appears, under Private, select Turn on Network discovery and Turn on file and printer sharing.
