I keep trying to report that the external wall cover is literally handing off my wall but every time I rung customer services I can’t get through to the right area to report it 😞
does anyone know which options I have to press to get through to a person, so that I can report it please?
Every option I’ve tried just sends me links to “how tos” and then hangs up.

Most of the customer service methods are designed to save them money by not employing staff.
If you wait here for a day or two a VM person may pick this up and offer to help.

In order to arrange a replacement external wall cover for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
