Which option is to speak to a person about a replacement external wall cover on my house?

I keep trying to report that the external wall cover is literally handing off my wall but every time I rung customer services I can’t get through to the right area to report it 😞 does anyone know w...

In order to arrange a replacement external wall cover for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
