VM connect not working

Can anyone advise me what to do regarding the VM connect app. Says cannot find the Hub. I've followed all instructions, still not working 



The Connect app is unreliable.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection to the connect app at this time. 

Ensure that your device is connected to the home network and not a guest, mobile data or with an VPN enabled. 

Ensure that both your device and app is fully updated to the latest versions available. 

If this has not helped, try uninstalling the app and clear all data from the device regarding the app (cache/cookies) then try re-installing. 


The advice provided above is in regards to your hubs settings menu. To access the hub admin from a browser use the information on the back of the router and enter the hub settings password.
