Upload speed not mirroring download speed gig2 symmetrical

I had my supply installed on Saturday and the download speeds are great. I have the 2gig symmetrical add on but getting about 1200mb/s upload. I appreciate it is above the minimum but seems way off the expected? Anyone any experience of this?

What are the values on the settings in the hub?

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal c1a2a285948293859940d9a49385a2

I can’t find the values? I looked in configuration?

Please copy and paste all of the tables in that tab here.

Hmmm. I'll admit to being a newbie with 5x stats but every day is a school day etc. Double check your package online to confirm that the upgrade is in effect (sometimes a Hub power cycle is needed to take one). There is also this post on the importance of clean connection points with Xgs-pon https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Virgin-Media-Hub-5x-keeps-disconnecting-man...

Up to speed

The 1200 upload speed you're showing is very normal for a 1gig package. I'd guess they've got you misconfigured with 2gb down, 1 gig up.

my above is incorrect - Well don't I look silly I can't edit my previous post. 1120-1140 is the norm for the 1gig. Yours does seem to be too high for that.  I'd personally be calling up and asking for some support.

Thanks for the advice. The problem seems to have resolved itself now.
