Service degraded for weeks with intermittent connection issues

Hi, my area has had connection problems for weeks, I've had intermittent internet, at times being knocked out for the entire evening.

I have received numerous texts from virgin over this time saying the area issues are resolved but they simply aren't.

Customer service on the phone fobs me off with connection monitoring which goes knowwhere.

Hey Bowmaker, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, also a warm welcome to the community.

We understand a area outage is frustrating however this looks to have ended now.

I can also see you've spoke to the team since this post, did they help at all?

Hi Matthew, we have indeed had a good week of service. 

It was dreadful for a month but it does appear the area issue has now been resolved. Thanks for replying.
