Self install box never arrived

I ordered the self install box to arrive for the day i moved which was yesterday march 11th, however waited the whole day and didn't receive anything. I also haven't received any emails or tracking to let me know when it will be coming. Has anyone had this issue and if so, any success in getting in contact with someone that can help?
