Joining in

I reviewed and altered my broadband package to get it cheaper and I have the receipt from the 28th feb, does anyone know when this new package actually starts because it’s been two weeks and still nothing, my old contract ends in a week or so so I’m not sure what happens now.

Hi j1mgg1980,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you've also had some issues with your change in package after applying online.

I can see you've already sent a private message to my colleague who was originally helping you to resolve this.

We'll leave this with them to avoid multiple agents working on the same thing 🙂 They will be in touch with you when back on shift.
