Return packaging not delivered

Haven't received any packaging for a router I need to send back. Could anyone help?

What equipment  do you have as not all equipment needs returning?   You can check < here > 

If you do need to return that equipment then you can order the returns packaging online

/virgin-media-return-or-recycle-equipment/request-returns-pack

I'm having the same issue and to top it off I've requested it be sent again as I was advised and STILL I get a text saying I will be charged 40£ for not returning it. 

If I do I'm filing a chargeback with my bank. Maybe virgin media should learn to use anything else other than Snail Mail that costs pennies when they need to send you time sensitive things.

I had this problem and requested that they send the packaging again after they threatened me with a £40 charge.  Two days later a Virgin guy knocked on my door and collected the kit.  I got an email confirming they had collected it.  The packaging arrived the next day!

Sorry to hear of the returns packaging not arriving. If it's easier for you, you can take it to your local O2 store - https://stores.o2.co.uk/ they can return it for you 🙂
