Replace broken box, change cable run and intermittent T3 timeouts

Hello,

A few bits, mainly for a mod to pickup as I will need an engineer.

1) The external box is completely broken / missing, I’m wondering if this could be causing the issues i am sometimes having

2) Every few weeks it seems my internet drops for a couple of mins and then comes back, looking at the logs it’s T3 timeouts, seems to be completely random but I’m wondering if maybe rain or something is getting into the cable. Has been ok for the last few weeks though - but the weather has been better

3) When the engineer comes to replace the external box, is it possible to relocate the cable run, it s quite long and has been cut and rejoined previously the last time an engineer come out.
