Please can someone let me know how I get the brown box outside repaired. I did an online chat and was told an appt had been arranged. But that was over a week ago.
The brown cover had been attached loosely as its very old and in all the storms we have had, it blew away. Unable to find it anywhere. So how can I get an engineer to fix it?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
