Hi Chris why do u need the box removing ?? as there may be a charge

Hi- because a previous occupier had virgin- I've got no plans to use it and it's bulky and in a prominent part of the room so is a bit unsightly.
Think the flat used to be rented as there is a mis mash of old hardware - but understand that virgin need to come and take their stuff away.

I'll wait until someone from virgin replies - when I've had other things removed from other suppliers they've not needed photos.

VM will not remove their equipment so its down to you - screwdriver and wire cutters are the order of the day - perfectly safe as its data not voltage
you can wait for VM who may offer to look into it but the bottom line will be they will do nothing

On similar posts someone from virgin will arrange them to come and collect. There's a lot of information on here saying that I should not remove myself. Will wait to here from someone from virgin.

Hi Matthew. I have the same problem as Chris. I just moved into a house with virgin media white boxes inside and I would like to have them removed as I am not planning to have virgin in the house. Please could you advise me on who to contact?
Many thanks,
Giulia
