Removal of white box inside

Hi    I would like to arrange for someone to come and remove the white box inside my flat - I've tried calling but was left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time!    Chris

Hi Chris why do u need the box removing ?? as there may be a charge

Hi- because a previous occupier had virgin- I've got no plans to use it and it's bulky and in a prominent part of the room so is a bit unsightly.

Think the flat used to be rented as there is a mis mash of old hardware - but understand that virgin need to come and take their stuff away.

    Ok could u take a picture so the team know what u have so the can log it when the look at it.
