Regional BB failure not fixed since last evening

The expected fixed time has been pushed and pushed and it is just not acceptable anymore. How do you expect me to work when the wifi is down for the whole fking day? The repairing team sucks! I paid for the network service! its not just about refund its also about the stability of the network.

Unfortunately there are no SLA's for residential broadband.  It's only Business accounts have an SLA.

If work is important, I would suggest a backup 4G Router or similar.
