Omni Box Cover Missing

Hi,

The brown cover on the external box has broken off and is now missing.

How can I organise a replacement?

    I am so sorry to hear that your outdoor Omnibox cover is damaged, are you able to share a photo of this for us?

      Hi Ashleigh_C,

      Thank you for your message.

      The box cover is missing and the mounting panel and wiring is exposed to the elements as per photos.

      I am covering it with a plastic bag for now, but that won't last into the winter months.

      How can I organise a replacement?
