Trying to connect broadband. New hub received today. Trying to figure out where I connect it

Possibly into that splitter - but the sticking plaster is a worry 😲

Try calling the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun. and book a Tech install

Powered splitter (likely due to weak signals).

Top left is the incoming from the cabinet drop. Top right is power in.

The bottom two are both outputs, so you can use either of them to feed the hub.
