Does the email say 'Claim your exclusive offer'? If so, we're aware of an issue with these links being sent to customers whose contracts are not up for renewal yet and so the link does not work for them. This is now being investigated by the relevant team.

When your contract is due to end we will notify you with an End of Contract Notification and some deals that are available at the time. My apologies for any inconvenience and confusion this may have caused.

Should you have any further queries regarding your available deals at this time, please respond to the forum member already supporting you on this issue through private message.

Hi Carley, I, like many others keep getting emails with my exclusive offer to renew my contract but the links never work. My contact expires on 24/6 so I’ve started looking at other provider deals but of course I don’t know what the comparison is to stay with Virgin. Do you know when I can expect an End of Contract Notification?

        Thanks

  • many thanks Carley,i will wait for the end of contract notification to view the links, thanks andy

I continuously get the same "Oops somethings gone wrong" pop up message accross all my devices when trying to access promotional deals or renewal links sent to me direct from Virgin Media. So, then I go through the dreaded rigmarole of calling the God awful customer advisors, who are none the wiser about the original link or its purpose and are more concerned about upselling me an unwanted O2 sim instead! Any ideas about how to rectify this?

  • Isn’t it time this was rectified by now!?! I’m having exactly the same problem myself and have been for weeks including today!!

I am still getting regular messages from VM asking me to upgrade my package with 1/2 price deals and offers by clicking a link, but I am still getting the "Oops somethings gone wrong..." message everytime I click on the link. This has been happening for many months now, and so I am missing out on the latest offers and deals because of broken, useless links. As I have alluded to before, the call centre staff are neither use nor ornament.

The team did nothing, it’s clear virgin media do not want this to work. I’ve been reading forum messages dating back over a year in this issue. Bit concerning dont you think? 🤷‍♂️
