Oops somethings gone wrong

trying to acess the renewal link bundles/prices ect as is nearly time to renew.cannot do so for weeks now,its not an isolated issue as others have the same problem,please fix.thanks

You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.

hi Carley_S,could you please fix the web page so as to view my options/price/bundles for possible renewal please,"Oops somethings gone wrong" for over a month is not acceptable,many thanks andy

    Does the email say 'Claim your exclusive offer'? If so, we're aware of an issue with these links being sent to customers whose contracts are not up for renewal yet and so the link does not work for them. This is now being investigated by the relevant team. 

    When your contract is due to end we will notify you with an End of Contract Notification and some deals that are available at the time. My apologies for any inconvenience and confusion this may have caused.

     

    Should you have any further queries regarding your available deals at this time, please respond to the forum member already supporting you on this issue through private message.

      Hi Carley, I, like many others keep getting emails with my exclusive offer to renew my contract but the links never work. My contact expires on 24/6 so I’ve started looking at other provider deals but of course I don’t know what the comparison is to stay with Virgin. Do you know when I can expect an End of Contract Notification?

You can start looking into what deals are on offer for you with our retentions team 📞 0345 454 1111, menu options 1, 4 & 4, and will be due your end of contract notification 30 days prior to your contract ending.

      Ah. Just read this and thought it was a little bit strange as my contract isn’t actually up for renewal until August of this year so perhaps that is why I was getting nowhere!!!.  Would have appreciated an email to explain this rather than have the hassle every week or two trying to do it ... it is particularly inconvenient and very stressful when you are a pensioner!!  it took me quite awhile to set up and join this forum just to get an explanation but found one eventually so fair play Carly and thank you very much. I’ll now ignore the regular email I get offering to renew my contract. Yours a very confused and stressed pensioner but glad to be enlightened …  eventually nevertheless!!
