Hi,
I am currently a student and have a contract for the next year with Virgin media for my WiFi. However, the bills package is with unihomes and have told us that they have pushed virgin to send the router.
It has been two weeks since we were supposed to have the router. We have called countless times and have been left completely in the dark as to where this router is.
We cannot contact virgin via phone or email without the router information which we don’t have because we don’t have the router.
We know multiple other students who have received their router by post but we haven’t.
Please help!

I'm sorry to hear you've not received the Hub still after waiting a while. I understand how important it must be to have a connection whilst you're studying!
The account you have may be a business account and we can only help with residential accounts from here. However there's no way to tell from here if your account with us is a business one or residential.
