I’m on the M500 package, but only get about 200 Mb on all of my devices, laptop, iPhone and smart TV. I’ve contacted virgin media who have done a speed test and said there’s nothing wrong on their end, although they will be monitoring it for 30 days to see if anything changes. Even when plugging my laptop directly into the hub three, I still only get about 250 MB . Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be?

Check the conf settings on the Hub. It will show what speed has been provisioned.
It's Configuration tab - Primary Downstream Service Flow - Max Traffic Rate.
Run a wired test on this site and pick the FULL test www.samknows.com/realspeed
Post the results for comments. Note: VM only guarantee 30Mb WiFi speeds.

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing such speed issues, can we ask are these wired test that you are advising?
Also are you able to post any findings from the advice given from @Adduxi ?
